KENNETH VIGIL, PE, LEED® AP Ken is the President of Vigil-Agrimis, Inc. He is a water resources and environmental engineer with over 27 years of professional experience. He has expertise in project management, hydrology and hydraulics, stream and flood plain restoration, fish-passage design, roadway drainage and water quality design, stormwater and wastewater system planning and design, water quality modeling, and technical report writing. Ken has a wealth of experience completing a wide range of natural resources and water resources projects throughout the west, particularly in Oregon and Washington. Ken is the author of Clean Water: an Introduction to Water Quality and Water Pollution Control published by Oregon State University Press. His recent focus has been on business management and leadership for our growing company.
