Mauria is a water resources engineer with expertise in restoration design, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and fluvial geomorphology. Mauria's engineering experience focuses on river stabilization/rehabilitation projects, wetland restoration design, private site development, irrigation and stockwater pipeline design, small agricultural pond design and water management. Mauria belongs to the Society of Women Engineers as well as Engineers Without Borders and River Restoration Northwest. She is proficient in AutoCAD, Eagle Point, Land Desktop and HEC-RAS software.
