Mr. Moore has a Master’s of Engineering degree in Environmental and Water Resources Systems.  His bachelor’s degree is in Environmental Resources Engineering with an emphasis in Water Resources and Hydrology.  Mr. Moore has experience working in the academic, public, and private sectors where he has performed water quality field inspections, in-stream topographical surveys, and treatment wetland design. Mr. Moore assists on a variety of projects by contributing his AutoCAD skills, using GIS software, and assisting in engineering design and technical reporting. Years of experience in sales and customer service have solidified Mr. Moore’s communication skills. He is a confident public speaker who is able to communicate complex concepts to the general public. Mr. Moore also is a fluent speaker of Spanish and French.
