To facilitate our multidisciplinary approach, at VIGIL-AGRIMIS, INC. you will find engineers, landscape architects, and scientists seated and working side by side, not in separate departments. Our unique staff have a great deal of cross training and experience, which facilitates understanding between the disciplines. We have engineers knowledgeable about plant materials, landscape architects with experience in hydrology, and environmental permitting staff with knowledge of water chemistry. We look for and hire multifaceted individuals with broad ranges of experience and education. Our multidisciplinary staff and approach to projects serves us well in providing professional services on complex water and natural resource projects, where input from several disciplines is essential.
